Shipping Coverage & Costs

Shipping Zone: We exclusively ship to addresses within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Cost: 100% FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across Canada, with no minimum purchase required.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
Please note that processing times may extend slightly during high-volume periods, seasonal sales, or extreme weather events. We appreciate your patience as our team works diligently to prepare your items.
2. Delivery Estimates
Once your order has been processed, delivery typically takes between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location within Canada. Remote or rural regions may experience slightly longer delivery windows.
While we make every effort to meet these delivery timelines, AuraStride cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by courier service disruptions, severe weather conditions, or operational bottlenecks.
3. Shipment Tracking
When your order leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a shipment confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a direct link to follow your package's transit journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the courier tracking information to activate and update online.
4. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. Please double-check your suite, apartment, unit, or building numbers before finalizing your payment. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for subsequent re-shipping costs.
We do deliver to standard residential addresses, commercial units, and P.O. Boxes across Canada utilizing trusted domestic carriers.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If you receive your order and notice any visible damage to the packaging or items inside, or if your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact our support team immediately at ahmadadity01a@gmail.com.
Please report missing or damaged shipments within 5 business days of the expected or reported delivery date so that we can open an investigation with our carrier and resolve the matter swiftly for you.
